The Campus of the Catholic University in San Antonio Cartagena, located in the former headquarters of Sorrows, has been visited by technicians of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Universities to inspect the facilities at which the institution will begin next October .
The seat has large and innovative facilities spread over about 100 thousand square meters, in which are located: classrooms, labs and research with high-tech, computer rooms, restaurant, cafeteria, library, newspaper, media library, tutoring service, administration, etc..
As for the teaching and research staff, will have a staff of highly qualified teachers and a body of specialized tutors to provide the best educational experience.
This is a campus of excellence that will open this coming year, offering degrees in Nursing, Science of Physical Activity and Sport (CAFD), Law, Primary and Early Childhood Education (online offer more complete), and that other courses will be added soon.
The new headquarters will maintain stringent quality criteria on which it has built UCAM first university in Spain to be accredited by ANECA (Program 'CREDITS' of the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation).
