The Councillor for Culture, Rafael Gomez, this morning visited the Museum Ramon Gaya Murcia site to see the work that young participants have made in a workshop organized by the Museum under the "A Summer Museum."
Gomez has used the visit to hand them their diplomas attesting the workshop.
Also, the children's workshop, which ended this morning, was held at the premises of Ramón Gaya Museum of Murcia, located in the Plaza de Santa Catalina.
Under the name "The garden in painting and writing of Ramón Gaya" ten students enrolled, aged between 7 and 12 years, made a tribute to Gaya besides closer to his pictorial and written work.
The workshop was held to coincide with the new edition of the International Folklore Festival in the Mediterranean, which started last Monday, July 14, and have made tributes frame traditional themes (huertanos, landscapes, etc..), Made by artist Ramón Gaya, for those who have used different techniques oil painting, watercolors, collages ...
