Young artists of great projection participate in the eighth edition of Sucina Flamenco Festival, organized by the Peña Flamenca Sucina Culture Association in collaboration with the Department of Culture.
"Flamingo goes" is the name given to the festival, which brings together renowned singers like Celia Romero, winner of the mining lamp The Union 2011 among other awards;
Beatriz Romero, awarded the chair of Fortuna in Leganes;
Juan Pinilla, mining lamp 2005 and the dancer Anabel Castillo, school dance conservatory Almería and Joaquín de Sola, awarded for the best young disk.
The performances will take place outdoors, on the esplanade in front of the Civic Center from 15 to 20 July.
Like every year since 2010 during the Festival will present the V Award "Well Sucina", this time at Granada singer Juan Pinilla Martin (lamp Minera in La Union 2007).
The sign announcing the festival is the work of A. Soto Alcon, painter and poet, who was awarded "European Artist 2005" which was awarded the European Parliament of its entire international exhibitions in Belgium and the Netherlands since 2003. As a poet He has also received several awards at national level, and has published since 1998 among other works: II Denise Garcia Award from the University of Murcia, Prize XXI Antonio Machado de Sevilla, X Poetry Prize City of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
