Journalist and writer Manuel Madrid this morning has donated 20 copies of his book 'Love America' trip to the intimacies of Mexico, Brazil and Bolivia to the Municipal Library Network.
The ceremony was performed in the Segura River library with the presence of the Councillor for Education, Maria Dolores Sánchez;
Chief of Bureau of Libraries, Pedro Antonio Jiménez;
and the Director of the Segura River library, Marita Funes.
The book chronicles the experience of Manuel Madrid on cooperative projects in Mexico, Brazil and Bolivia.
A very personal view of the three Latin American countries and their society, culture and traditions.
These individuals will join the Reading Club Municipal Library Network.
Rio Segura readers will have a meeting with the author in October.
