Conference on the scientific contribution of the Spanish Army in Antarctica (17/06/2014)

The head of the Antarctic Base Gabriel de Castilla, Juan Navarro Ferrández, will give on Thursday, the 19th, a talk on the contribution of Army R & D on this basis, one of the two having Spain in Antarctica.

The lecturer, commander of the Army, will review the 27 years of scientific contribution of this institution in Antarctica, plus talk about the role of the military in the logistics and security of the Antarctic campaign.

The conference will be held in room degrees Veterinary faculty, campus Espinardo, at 12:00.
