The president of the Catholic University highlights the work of this institution for the needy
UCAM President Jose Luis Mendoza, has given this afternoon's first match of the eighth week of Charity in the Cultural Hall of Murcia, CajaMediterráneo Foundation conferences.
Titled 'Vision Testimonial of Christian Charity', José Luis Mendoza has made a tour of the social and charitable activity holding the Catholic University in different deprived areas such as Campus jobs in Peru, organized International Institute of Charity and Volunteer John Paul II of this institution, and which involved throughout its various editions, students and teachers of this University.
Similarly, he has other plans exposed voluntary and social action that takes place in the very UCAM Murcia in other parts of Spain and in other countries.
Jose Luis Mendoza, who has also lectured on the evangelizing mission of the university, was accompanied by the president of Caritas Murcia José Luis Leante.
The president also reminded the Catholic evangelization experience that took place with his family in the Dominican Republic.
This VIII Charity Week is organized by Caritas Diocese of Cartagena and its motto The Evangelizing Power of Charity "Give ye them to eat."
From today through Sunday with various activities such reason will be developed.
