Work continues to improve the illumination of streets, squares and green areas of the municipality.
The Department of Urban and Infrastructure Quality is working on the replacement of a total of 31 lights in the garden district of Infante Fuensanta by other clean.
Thus, the streetlights are being removed using sodium vapor being installed and other LED lighting that reduce utility costs, improve visibility and produce less light pollution.
These works will be developed soon in different green areas in the neighborhood of Santa Maria de Gracia.
Specifically, the grounds on which the lighting will be improved are located in Plaza Santa Marta, square Duperier Arturo, Antonio Machado Street Area Square and Plaza Toledo triangular.
