IU-Greens today called on the city of Murcia that meets the plenary agreement adopted in 2008 following a motion by training to increase the number of parking spaces for two-wheeled vehicles in the town.
Councilman municipal group, Nacho Tornel, has indicated that there are not enough spaces for motorcycles and that leads users park on the sidewalks, making it difficult to pedestrians, especially the disabled.
Tornel explained that the use of motorcycles and mopeds has increased the "growing pains" of drivers to park your car, especially in downtown areas as well as being a means of cheap transportation.
To this was added the fact that the pollution caused by the two-wheeler is less, to the point that the gaseous pollutants emitted into the atmosphere by a tourism equivalent to emitting seven mopeds.
The mayor noted, as an example of where there is usually stationed dozens of motorcycles, the main entrance to the hospital Reina Sofia with the logical subject for passage, which has been overtaken by being cordoned the building face for possible landslides.
Tornel assured that motorcyclists are receiving notifications of the local police warning of how inconvenient to park their bikes there and praying relocation.
