The Catholic University of Murcia has signed a partnership agreement with the Society of Critical Care Medicine and Coronary Units

Students in the Bachelor of Medicine and School of Nursing, Catholic University of Murcia regulated conduct courses in the various forms of life support, following the recommendations of the National Plan procedures and CPR.
This is stipulated in the agreement between the UCAM and Society of Intensive Care and Coronary Units (SEMICYUC) Medicine.
Both institutions have shown interest in training in intensive care medicine, and have collected the provision in the agreement, students of medicine and nursing, Courses Basic Life Support (BLS) and Semi-Automatic External Defibrillation (AED), Advanced Life Support (SVA) Trauma and Life Support (SVAT).
Furthermore, it is noteworthy that the institution has shown interest in the entire university community can be formed CPR.
"It's very important to spread knowledge of resuscitation to the population and it is the first intervening in cases of health areas outside the cardiac arrest", said Antonio Lesmes Serreno, Manager National Plan of RCP, who attended the signing on behalf Torra Lluis Blanch, president SEMICYUC.
