The Socialist councilor Susana Hernández defend in Parliament a motion asking the municipal PP to increase staffing assigned to the headquarters of the Local Police Espinardo to curb insecurity in the neighborhood of the Holy Spirit that is increasing.
Hernandez explained that in that neighborhood occur daily roadblocks, vandalizing buildings under construction (Baquerín and Quevedo street), theft, pulls, insulting passers and loud music.
"This type of incident is causing much unrest among the people living in the neighborhood because they can not lead a normal life."
To increased insecurity in the area is added regrets the PSOE mayor-decreasing effective local police, whose staff has been reduced in recent years around 300 agents.
"We can not consenting to certain areas of this town become ghettos," said Hernandez, who also asked the Government to urgently convene House Local Safety Board to take measures which would combat insecurity in this neighborhood Espinardo.
