More than twenty persons, groups 4/40 medical schools, have wanted to join this morning to talk about healthy eating that has offered José María Xandri the Nutrition Unit of the Hospital Virgen de la Arrixaca.
Besides talking about important aspects of good nutrition or obesity, Xandri has offered a healthy recipe for hot days: chickpea salad with anchovy sauce, oily fish and pickled peach custard.
The workshop "Health and senses" will continue tomorrow Wednesday, May 28, National Nutrition Day, and will be aimed at children.
In the Hospital Virgen de la Arrixaca the following activities will take place:
Mounting the food pyramid.
At 1030 hours, in Hospital Classrooms, Cool Science: "Experiments with salt" with David and Mercedes.
At 11 am there will be the inauguration of the Week.
Dr. Domingo Pascual will present the healthy recipe.
At 13 hours there will be a meal of patients directed by Pablo Gonzalez-Conejero Restaurante La Cabana, Finca Buenavista, Murcia.
Later, at 13:30 hours will be held: Cool Science: Experiments with salt.
