The Hall of Gastronomic Culture Hall, located on the first floor Veronicas Market will host a workshop on Wednesday morning sensorial gastronomy and cuisine for kidney patients.
The day was attended by around 30 patients on dialysis and three recipes adapted to their condition will be developed: Peppers stuffed with summer sausage, rice and crusty meringue and strawberries strudel.
The workshop, organized by the Municipal Health Service of the Department of Social Welfare and Health and the Association of Renal Help Sick, will be held from 10:30 to 12 hours
