The initiative is part of the promotional activities driven by the city council in this case directed to provide employers with an efficient tool of mediation to reach agreement out of court.
It is an alternative to the prosecution of disagreements between citizens and promotes the positions at issue and therefore its solution by eliminating the element of tension inherent to judicial proceedings.
