Math Professor José Orihuela, newly elected president of the University of Murcia, will take up his position during a ceremony to be held on May 20 at 12:00 pm in the Faculty of Economics and Business, on campus Espinardo.

So today we advance the rector, José Antonio Cobacho, during the session of the Governing Council held in the building of convalescence and that was the last presiding as such.

Cobacho added that, as usual, the ceremony will be chaired by the head of the Autonomous Executive, in this case, Alberto Garre.

Moreover, the Council has approved the contents of various partnership agreements with agencies and entities, as well as the implementation of technology-based company Odin Solutions.
