On the occasion of the celebration of Europe Day and in order to continue the spread of the European Union among schoolchildren in the municipality of Murcia initiated the project "European 2.0: Europe in schools," the city of Murcia, through European Programmes service, today launches "The European Union competition.
Creating Opportunities for All ", which aims to stimulate among schoolchildren and adults learning English and knowledge of the European Union.
The contest is to talk about the statement: "The European Union.
Creating Opportunities for All ", for a maximum of two minutes with an uninterrupted (continuous) speech, in English, audiovisual and video format support.
The competition is made according to the bases governing the conditions and criteria to address the proposed content.
Participation in the contest every school enrolled in public, private or semi-private schools in the municipality of Murcia Secondary Education.
The following categories are established for participants in the contest:
- Category junior secondary education: first and second secondary
- Category upper secondary education: third and fourth secondary
Also, the following prizes are established by category:
For the first three finishers in each category: one BQ 10.1 Tablet
For the first ten finishers in each category: course on a topic of interest of the European Union held in English.
Duration of ten hours.
Diploma? Recognition to each of the finalists.
