The Socialist councilor Mar Rosa will present a motion at the next Full Council of Murcia against the measure adopted by the PP in the Regional Assembly for pregnant teenagers dropping out of school in person and can do so below.
The PSOE mayor explained that "the socialists will fight this measure by land, sea and air, we will not fall into that clumsy moralizing maneuver, because behind this initiative underlying prejudices and ideological criteria of the most ancient right."
For Rosa Mar, the measure of PP "opens the door to these young women out of the education system, and on the pretext of help you want to do is remove them from the PP schools simply because they are pregnant and precisely the same party that prevents them from abortion. "
In addition, the PSOE councilor explained that the initiative is in the hands of our state law firm that contravenes the Act on State Equality Article 23;
and regional Equality Act Article 3, paragraph 4.
"We are talking about a return to the worst Franco, who believed that pregnant teenagers should, first, be ashamed of their status, and then not go out," said the socialist mayor.
"The proposal of the PP brings nothing new and complicates rather than solves," he concludes.
