The Mayor, Miguel Angel House, accompanied by the Alicante pastry chef Paco Torreblanca, and those responsible for Salzillo Tea and Coffee, has opened this morning "sustainable stand" of the 6th edition of Coffee Week, which runs until next Saturday, and this year is dedicated to ecology.

The event was also attended by councilors Joaquín Moya-Angeler and Christopher Smith, and numerous confectioners, pastry chefs and restaurateurs in the region.
