Councilman Juan Patricio Castro Socialist Group regrets that the degree of implementation of investments and programs for employment is laughable, after an analysis of the 2013 budget implementation.
The PP has only invested 19 million euros of the 74 budgeted, or what is the same thing-Castro explains in 100 euros, the Government House has just invested 25 to generate economic activity and tackle the problem of unemployment in Murcia.
Regarding the employment promotion programs and business development, the socialist mayor also claims that local PP does not spend the little money they budgeted.
So 5M € Quoted in promoting employment, has only spent € 2M, a meager 40%.
And of € 450,000 for the program of business development, has just spent 112,000, a percentage of 25%.
Do not pay in a timely manner
Also, Castro claims that the local government does not pay in a timely manner to suppliers, although the City purchased years ago this commitment.
Of the 210 M € of expense recognized companies, to December 31 should still be 7.6 M € and has not been given yet by payment of 40 M €.
As for capital transfers, Castro says the figures are even worse than before, because of just 100 euros has been transferred to the social and political organizations 9 €.
Keep the waste of public money
Finally, the PSOE councilor recalled that the PP is not even aware that the budgetary possibilities of the city of Murcia is scarce and yet the Government House is still doing the same policies waste of public money (Terra Natura, tram, centers sports ...) without attacking fraud and tax delinquency speculators brick.
