Councilman IU-Greens in the city of Murcia, José Ignacio Tornel, has filed a motion in Parliament tomorrow which requests that the Municipal Intervention report on the change in water rates and check the accounts of the company Emuasa, managed this municipal utility.
Tornel Emuasa is indicated that a joint entity in which the City participates with 51 percent and, therefore, the municipal "Administration should require maximum guarantees as to control their accounts more so when they affect rates a basic service. "
The mayor pointed out that this report has been requested on several occasions and explained that, before the municipal refusal to work it has decided to present this petition to the House so that, if approved by at least one third of the members thereof, is launched.
For its part, also IU-Greens Councillor Esther Herguedas submitted a motion asking the reassessment of the partial plan of La Alberca, known as Montevida, which is located on the border of the protected space of the regional park El Valle-Carrascoy and is promoted by private enterprise Profusa.
Herguedas noted that the scope of this natural space has increased as a result of the judgment of the Constitutional Court annulled the eighth additional provision of the Land Act, which "would have made an environmental assessment to evaluate the conditions of this development on the protected area. "
Nursery "La Paz"
He has also expressed his "satisfaction" by the estimate of appeal against the file of the proceedings for the demolition of the nursery "La Paz", which occurred in October 2007.
