IU-Greens Murcia has reported today at the Department of Planning Profusa the company, which owns the Partial Plan known as Montevida between the Pool and El Palmar, has invaded the fenced for the Royal Glen Torreagüera one of the sections that field through this plan.
The spokesman for the municipal group of IU-Greens in the city, Esther Herguedas, recalled that a few days ago his training denounced the illegal fencing of this estate by Profusa, for lack of a license, which led to the opening the relevant disciplinary proceedings by the municipal authority.
On that occasion, Herguedas expressed concern at the possibility that the works carried out without permission and without the project, could invade the public sphere, and requested that municipal services undertake the necessary checks.
At this time, when completed the fencing, IU-Greens claim that the company has occupied most of the space of the Royal Glen Torreagüera in the west, between the highway and the Arrixaca, leaving a space of about four or five meters when in that area have been defined 45 meters width for the Royal Gorge.
He also expressed concern that in the background underlies the intention to reopen the process that had ended an agreement between undertakings, neighbors and college to delimit the scope of the Cañada Real as it passes through this partial plan, and is not permanently closed as it was published on 29 March at the BORM submission to public information in this part of the boundary, even though the agreement was reached in 2008.
