The Socialist councilor Andrea Garries defend in Parliament this month a motion demanding that the municipal PP urge the general direction of Highways, to give, once and for all, a solution to traffic problems on two road crossings San Javier Torreagüera passing through.
An historical vindication of the neighbors who have spent years bemoaning this situation because for the elderly or disabled Garries explains-is especially dangerous to cross the road in two zones that give accesod two paradaas bus: The Dry-Torreagüera and The Dry-Beniaján .
"It's two points with high traffic density that require a traffic light regulation, as there is in other parts of this road to cross it safely," defends the PSOE mayor, who says that "it is not the first time" A motion presented in this sense.
So Garries recalls that the last term was already raised this issue to Full Council and this, socialists Torreagüera, aware of the situation, also presented an initiative in Municipal Board in November 2011, "without a date Today nothing has been done. "
