Students of Comenius Project IES Cascales conducted a workshop in the Market Square Veronicas, in order to meet the Murcia culinary culture, forms of sustainable development and sale.
Students from Holland, Norway, Germany and Slovenia toured the various posts Veronicas Market where they discovered native products like spices and cured.
Also purchased foods that have subsequently cooked.
The session, led by a chef and a nutritionist, students have developed a pizza with vegetables and oily fish and a dessert of fresh strawberries
