The Department of Urban Cleaning and Waste Management, along with the concessionaire Cespa Urban Services of Murcia, have prepared a special service plan in order to preserve the image of the city this holiday season, where thousands of residents are expected and tourists to attend the traditional Easter processions.
It was also intended to make the journey and the zones of influence of the processions stay as soon as possible in good clean condition, since, immediately after, the end of each procession returns to normal civic activity, using roads and pavements.
The planned device will perform the work of preparing the course and cleaning up the processions on Easter Sunday.
The human resources allocated comprise Ordinary service operators, plus a reinforcement provided depending on the needs of each procession.
In the days before a service manager shall review the area with a team of workers to ensure the perfect travel in procession.
To carry out cleaning processions which normally work in the area, working a total of 50 people each day on average human resources are doubled.
