Following the analysis of the criminogenic flows occurred in the neighborhood of El Carmen in the city of Murcia in recent months, previous police interventions and after meeting with various neighborhood associations in this demarcation police, the National Police Headquarters in Murcia launched last March 27 a Device Inspection Police against sexual and labor exploitation and drug retail focused on various public facilities in this neighborhood bars, booths and a small supermarket.
In two of the local prostitutes were detected trying to attract customers, two of them being arrested for being illegally on Spanish territory and in turn initiating an investigation in order to discern their alleged sexual exploitation by a / os pimps.
In other places two other arrests were made to breach immigration law and involved thirty thousand euros, carrying hidden in his clothes, sub-Saharan origin of known criminals specializing in fraud and forgery of currency.
The source of these funds is being investigated.
Some local lacked the enabling licenses for the exercise of the activity they were doing and in some cases, the same establishment at the same time offering a wide range of services and unregulated which not only lacked the proper permits but did not enjoy adequate facilities and poor hygiene was notorious, especially in relation to the kitchen and / or food handling.
For these reasons both Labour Inspectorate of Murcia as the local police extended the corresponding administrative sanctions.
The four arrested are Moroccan, Guinea, Colombia and Dominican, aged 27 and 36.
The operation was carried out by agents of the Judicial Police Group and the Operational Response Group (GOR) of the Police District of El Carmen, Unity Against Illegal Immigration Networks and Falsehood Documentary (UCRIF), local police and Labour Inspectorate of Murcia.
