The Regional Film 'Francisco Rabal', in collaboration with the Federation of Peñas vegetable garden, has scheduled a meeting for next Thursday, April 9 at 20:30 pm in the NO-DO will be exhibited that reference traditional Spring Festival and the Film recently recovered.
During projection images filmed between 1943 and 1977 to note the evolution experienced during the second half of the twentieth century the Spring Festival and the city of Murcia will be shown.
The event will be enlivened by the performance of the group of Songs and Dances 'Virgin of Tears' of the orchard Peña 'La Carreta' which will put music to the selection of images that are being projected.
It will be chaired by the current Reina de la Huerta and her court, the president of the Federation of Clubs, the director of the Institute for Cultural Industries and Arts, Juan Antonio Lorca, and will feature special guest of Professor of History Film from the University of Murcia, Joaquín Canovas.
Invitations to this event can be removed in both the Federation of Peñas vegetable garden at the box office as the Film of the Region of Murcia (Salzillo old cinema).
