Students in Initial Vocational Training Program participate in a painting exhibition (02/04/2014)

Students in Initial Vocational Training Program of the City of Murcia inaugurate an exhibition at the Municipal Center Area 585m2 Young (Santa María de Gracía) with the work they have done in acrylic paint.

The exhibition has been sponsored by the painter José María Falgas Murcia.

Expres-Art is an exhibition that emerges from the creative process, using a simple technique of painting with acrylic primer sponges to let your imagination to stains and colors to take shape and young people to express their emotions, desires and interests moment with an artistic result.

It will be open until April 11 from Monday to Friday from 11 to 13 and from 17 am to 22 pm, and Saturdays from 10 to 14 hours, and 16 to 21 hours.

Councilman Employment, Trade and Business, José María Tortosa, who attended the opening of the show, has recalled that the City currently maintains 162 youth trained as operators and assistants in Welding and metal buildings, electricity grids , cooking, hairdressing, beauty, retail and warehouse, plumbing, HVAC and vehicle maintenance.

Professional Qualification Programmes (PCPI) to target young people aged 16 to 20 who have not completed compulsory secondary education and are intended to provide basic and vocational training to enable them to continue their education or enter the workforce.
