The Board of Directors of Urbamusa, which met this morning, has approved ten companies require documentation necessary to be awarded the ten sections of the works of Coastal North and South, whose work will begin shortly.
Companies will have ten days to submit documentation and the final award is made.
242 built-in 53 joint ventures (Joint Venture) societies have been submitted for the construction of the ten coastal sections that have come to notice.
The North Coast head of Torres joins with La Nora, with a length of 12 kilometers.
Works 6 kilometers, divided in 7 sections will be awarded.
-The Connection between Nora and roundabout access UCAM-Developments, with a length of 772 meters.
-Restructuring of the existing road between the roundabout access UCAM-Developments in the North Coast and Guadalupe, with a length of 1,042 meters.
Tranche-linking Developments with access to the northern access to head of Torres, with a length of 715 meters.
-Road connecting the northern access to the head of Torres with the A4 road, with a length of 920 meters.
-Vial A4 road link with access to industrial area, with a length of 604 meters.
-Road connecting industrial area roundabout Santomera Developments-access, with a length of 1,031 meters.
-Widening of the A4 road and access to the A7 motorway, with a length of 935 meters.
The South Coast is the major road linking El Palmar with Torreagüera with a total length of 10.07 kilometers.
The works will be awarded with a length of 2 kilometers, divided into three sections.
-Vial connection between El Palmar and La Alberca, with a length of 569 meters.
-Viaduct over the A30 motorway and free with access to El Palmar and the South Coast, with a length of 200 meters.
-Vial connection between El Palmar and San Ginés, with a length of 1,330 meters.
The execution time of each section varies between 7 and 14 months, depending on the length and difficulty.
The total investment is 25.6 million euros, and the generation of thousand jobs is expected.
The Coastal North and South are two vials of high capacity landscaped median and bike lanes, and are designed to absorb 80,000 vehicles a day.
Urbamusa, the Municipal Urbanizadora is formed by the City and the region.
The President is the Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Ángel Cámara, and the Vice President is the Minister of Public Works and Planning, Antonio Sevilla.
