Pedro Lopez has filed a letter of complaint to the departments of Environment, Planning and CARM warning about this allegedly illegal activity is being carried out in the General Plan classified as building land, so this use is not allowed
The Socialist Party spokesman, Pedro López, today sent several letters of complaint to the departments of Environment, Planning and Environment Directorate-General requesting information on the existence of an illegal dump located behind Cañada Hermosa where, Apparently, as reported by neighbors, is conducting this activity classified by the General Plan as building land.
The Socialist Group is concerned that even in the photographs submitted by residents of the area-enclosed-you can see how trucks labeled with the logo of Cespa are throwing debris that supposedly illegal dump.
In this sense, Lopez asks both the City Council and the CARM that every reasonable effort to confirm the allegations, especially the possible breach of current legislation on waste management as well as the existence of the required authorization to practice body responsible for the challenged activity.
Likewise, the PSOE spokesman calls for the immediate cessation of such activity to be developed on a floor incompatible with current urban planning, so urgent and interim measures should be taken because of the risk or serious harm to the environment.
Finally, Lopez also asked to inform the Socialist Group measures will be taken in this matter.
