The Convention Bureau of Murcia of the Department of Tourism has organized a workshop with the Steering Committee of the Hospital de La Arrixaca to show the services and equipment that Murcia offering to host meetings and conferences.
Twenty directors of the hospital, accompanied by the manager of the Convention Bureau, Ramón Palazón, and the President of the Association of Members Collaborating Convention Bureau, Jesus Pacheco, participated in a visit to the museum and tower Cathedral and attended a presentation at the Real Casino de Murcia.
The Convention Bureau has exhibited his video presentation and explained to the directors of The Arrixaca the advantages of holding meetings in Murcia and infrastructure at your service.
This meeting is part of the work plan of the Office of Conferences and similar meetings with hospital staff and Reina Sofía Morales Meseguer be continued, and that the medical sector is one of the most active tourism congresses and meetings.
Among the services provided by the Office of Conferences coordination of supply and demand for city services, development of specific technical dossiers, organizing visits of recognition of the city, to capture the town centers, special discounts is for congressmen, institutional and technical support to organizers of events, distribution of promotional material and general information about Murcia, dissemination of the various activities in the media and presenting events in other cities to promote Murcia.
