The Council of Elders met this morning to approve the document, also signed by the Mayor, which is requested to not apply in Murcia on the aspects that are contrary to the Protocol of 2006.
It also requests that the network expires Mediterranean Corridor outside the urban core.
Murcia City Council has presented claims Plan for Infrastructure, Transport and Housing, Ministry of Development, in fulfillment of an agreement of Parliament that they have established.
For this purpose, this morning held a meeting the Board of Spokesmen which visited Nuria Fuentes, PP, Pedro López, PSOE, Esther Herguedas, IU-Greens and Ruben Juan Serna, UPyD.
The document also bears the signature of the Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara.
The claims submitted in a timely manner, refer to the process of public information of the preliminary version of PITVI for the period 2012-2024 and its Environmental Sustainability Report, and refer to:
- FIRST -. Which is introduced in section 4.3.6.2.
the PITVI a clause to ensure that the provisions of the same does not apply to those agreements or protocols actions on arterial railway networks that have been entered into prior to the date of approval of this plan.
Alternatively, the deletion of that paragraph with respect to investment performance program for urban integration of the railway as being contrary to the provisions and covenants agreed in the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Development, the Government of the Region proposes of Murcia, Murcia City Council and ADIF for remodeling the railway network of the city, dated June 22, 2006, which would break the principle of legal certainty and the principle of good faith between the parties.
- SECOND -. Which by the Ministry of Development building a rail option to elapse Mediterranean Corridor outside the urban core of the municipality of Murcia, in order to ensure the safety of citizens, for inclusion in the Plan contemplates Infrastructure.
