Parade, workshops, conferences and exposción showrooms and sales are some of the activities organized during Murcia Fashion Week, held from 10 to 18 March in different areas of the city.
The event has the support of MUAC!, The Department of Employment, Trade and Business of the City of Murcia, Murcia promotes designers.
Among the new features is the Pop Up Store, a place where various Murcia brands, designers and small businesses will exhibit and sell their products to the public, in the old Hotel Victoria, in Plaza Martínez Tornel.
It has also created a shopping route for downtown businesses, in order to streamline the traditional retail trade in the city.
Illustrators have a major role to 'Illustrate the World of Sikkim Gin' contest, offering win a trip to New York.
It has also launched the 'Great post' contest for bloggers and lovers of writing.
The parades were organized from 13 to 16 March in the old Hotel Victoria, and on Tuesday March 18 at the Teatro Circo Murcia, where show their proposals the students of the School of Design, collections of emerging designers and the new season of the oldest in the region.
Besides the old Victoria Hotel and Circus Theatre, there will be events at the Cultural Hall Cajamurcia and Regional Film.
Among the speakers are Sergio Ros, Andrés Rodríguez, Sita and Abellan The Culpass and Beatriz Penalver.
The workshops are held textile printing, personality and style, opens your talent, Collages and trends, manners in fashion, modeling and prototyping and fashion photography.
