The hamlet of Torregüera Youth Space will feature a reading room, media library, exhibition hall and offices for youth associations in the district to develop their activity.
The new facility has an area of ​​335 square meters, on two floors, and is located on Bridge Street in the old Senior Center, which will be completely remodeled to adapt to his new role.
The Councillor for Education, Maria Dolores Sánchez, this morning visited the village to present the remodeling of the municipal space.
The building will have a reception, reading room with 40 seats, media center with services for viewing audiovisual material with 10 stalls, toilets, storage, showroom and offices 45 sqm.
The work, which will begin shortly, also involve the installation of new air conditioning, an elevator, and elements for thermal, acoustic insulation and energy saving.
This Youth Space joins the municipal centers Ship (Bacons Bridge), 585m2 (Santa María de Gracia) and Remigio López (El Palmar) and 16 public libraries and two reading rooms (the strut and Stables).
