The Socialist councilor José Zapata requires the PP to take immediate steps to end the ordeal suffered by surrounding neighbors to a block in the Álvarez Quintero street of El Carmen, where three floors have been occupied illegally to become a focus actions prostitution and drugs, as well as two bars located in the same area, a few meters from the school Herma.
"These are two conflicting local and a building in which police interventions have occurred for different reasons and are generating continual nuisance to neighbors: fights, night screams, alleged drug trafficking, prostitution, etc," says Zapata.
The PSOE mayor emphasized that these local, both buildings and bars, lack of sanitary conditions and manifest inadequacy of municipal ordinances on different matters.
