In order to facilitate the establishment of small and medium enterprises in the business premises of Eroski Group in Murcia, Murcia City Hall, through the Department of Employment, Trade and Company, directed by José María Tortosa, signs a collaboration agreement with Equifasa, the Eroski Group.

The agreement was signed to provide facilities for hire in the early years to companies that want to install, with the aim of contributing to the establishment of small and medium enterprises in the commercial premises that the group has on its Eroski hypermarket Infante neighborhood.

In this setting there are 11 free shops of different surfaces, which may be fitted with entrepreneurial activities compatible with the hypermarket.

During the start of the rental company will be 150/200 USD per month approximately.

This agreement is another initiative holding the city of Murcia to further advance its primary objective to encourage and promote job creation and the promotion of business activity in the town.

In this regard, the City is developing an important role in advice on business creation, and the generation of sufficient tools for employees and / or unemployed to improve their conditions.

Under this collaboration agreement, the city of Murcia is committed to:

- Inform and advise businesses and future entrepreneurs in their business plans in wanting to develop commercial properties that have at Eroski Equifasa Murcia.

- Through the Employment Service, and within the framework of advisory services to entrepreneurs being developed, made available to all interested media attention for the job plan for the project advisory and development of the idea business that wants to implement.
