The Councillor for Education, Maria Dolores Sánchez, has offered a welcome to students of IES Alquibla (La Alberca) participating in a cultural exchange with students from Lycée Grandmont Tours, France.
Grandmont is the second largest institute of France, with 2,500 students, and offers services such as dining, boarding and nursing.
Its educational offer covers both the general teaching (secondary) as technical professionals.
The two schools have a relationship of exchange that lasts several years.
French students visiting Murcia are between 15 and 17.
Councilmember congratulated both schools and stressed the importance of language learning and participating in these experiences that enrich and help young people to practice a language and experience another culture.
The visit has participated Councilman United Left in the city of Murcia, Herguedas Esther, who is a professor of IES Alquibla.
