The City monitors the execution of works and restoration of urban law (12/02/2014)

Murcia City Council approved the hiring of a company to the subsidiary public works that have been left unfinished and restoration of planning law, for violations of the law.

Urbanism allocated 1.2 million euros to this service, and have a term of 2 years contract, renewable 2 more.

The company will execute the guarantees for the performance of work not finished, or performing the works and submit the alternative cost to owners.
