The spokesman for IU-Greens in Murcia, Esther Herguedas, referred today to demonstrations of President of San Antonio Foundation, José Luis Mendoza, which has indicated that it is pending a swap whereby the UCAM get the ownership of the road between Guadalupe and La Nora.

"We understand that the intention of Mendoza is to define a private enclosure that prevent the free access of locals to these facilities and would condition significant way communication between these two districts, which escontrario the public interest and, therefore, is something that the City can not access. "
In addition, the Councillor for the formation of the left has pointed out that this provision is contrary to the UCAM Special Plan, adopted in 2009, and that a decision would require to change this figure.
