The Paradise Cinema initiative, which involved the Cinema Hall of the University of Murcia, announced for next Monday February 10, the film "A Family of Tokyo" ("Tokyo kazoku"), a Japanese film directed by YĂ´ji Yamada who got in last edition of Valladolid Seminci the Golden Spike for Best Picture.
The film is a remake of "Tokyo Story," one of the masterpieces of Japanese cinema, which was directed by Yasujiro Ozu 60 years now.
The film traces the journey to Tokyo the old Shukichi Hirayama and his wife Tomiko from the small island where they live to see their children in the big city.
It will be screened in cinemas Centrofama 17 sessions, 19'45 and 22'30 pm the price of 4 euros for the general public and 3 for university.
