Diego Pablo Sánchez Martínez, a doctoral student at the University of Murcia, has won the Research Award (subject the drug and its environment) of the Hefame Foundation, which grants the Academy of Pharmacy St. Mary of Spain in the region of Murcia.
The student who takes the doctoral program in public health, has been honored for his work "and pharmacoeconomic pharmacoepidemiological study of the dispensation of statins in the Region of Murcia".
The Plenum of the Academy considered when awarding the prize is "a well-structured study with high scientific rigor, forming lipid-lowering consumption in the region distributed by health areas."
