Murcia City Council was held this morning at the corresponding regular plenary January, in which the main points for discussion have focused on the excavation of the railway and the arrival of the high speed train to the city of Murcia.

The agenda included two motions, one of the popular group and one of the three municipal opposition groups (PSOE, IU-Greens and UPyD) addressing the underground train as the only viable alternative to the high speed train to the station's Carmen.

Discussion on the undergrounding of the railway not only has had the assistance from the local groups, as the President of the House and Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Ángel Cámara, gave the word to attendees neighbors to Plenary .

The regular plenary session of January ended with the unanimous approval of two motions filed by the four local groups that expose the following resolutions adopted:
