The deputies of the Socialist Group and Andrea Garries José Zapata reported that the head of Decentralization, Christopher Smith, has not produced a single paper to clarify the political groups in opposition alleged malpractices in the award of contracts in districts over the years 2011 and 2012.
A full-blown disappointment regretted Zapata-who has announced he will claim again after the failure of this committee information-that the legal services of the City to take action on the matter and clarify all suspicions that hover around the management of this Department.
A number of questionable practices reiterated-that does nothing but increase the shadow of corruption around the PP of La Glorieta, devoted years to further the interests of a few at the expense of all citizens.
Following the conclusion of this committee, Zapata will require a revision of the Rules of Citizen Participation to provide greater transparency in both management and the Department of Decentralization of Parish.
