Murcia City Council has initiated a pilot project monitoring and mentoring of the ten participants in the twenty-Business Project Competition in order to guide the implementation of new projects companies.
This initiative is carried out by the Department of Employment, Trade and Company, directed by José María Tortosa by the agreement and cooperation of the Company and ENAE University Foundation.
Mentoring and coaching takes approximately three months.
Will be given by hardworking staff and contributor to the University Company, experts Foundation Coach, Business strategy consultants and professors from the University of Murcia.
The program will be held in the Municipal Initiatives Center (CIM-M) and has begun today.
The initiative is divided into several phases:
PHASE 1: Auto diagnostic business, where the Business Plan, Business Plan, Strategic Plan, economic studies will be performed - Financial Plan and Release.
STAGE 2: Collecting Information from tutors who will make a diagnosis of each of the projects.
STAGE 3: individual counseling sessions, focusing on topics such as finance, marketing, business strategy, corporate image, feasibility, etc.
STAGE 4: Review of results and implementation of actions
5th Phase: Home of the projects.
