The Department of Sports, Youth and Employment, the City of Murcia, headed by Miguel Cascales, invested around 726,000 euros to provide quality sports facilities to the citizens.

This investment will be made for the maintenance, collection, access control and cleaning of sports facilities in villages.

The City Council has awarded the completion of this work in municipal wards Sangonera la Seca, Javalí New Garres, La Alberca and Zeneta.

Likewise, it has also contracted the supply of fuel oil for heating and hot water for sports.

More than 100,000 sports-citizens in municipal centers.

Murcia has more than 400 public sports facilities covering an area of ​​1,130,000 square meters.
