Lemon Maker, a distribution company of low cost 3D printers, has won first prize in business projects, the Department of Employment, Trade and Business, worth 12,000 euros.
This company is responsible for the production of ABS and PLA plastic filaments at industrial level in the city for low-cost 3D printers, which are distributed nationally.
The second prize of 8,000 euros was for Carton Life, SL, which is responsible for the design, production and sale of furniture, decor, corporate gift and toy cardboard, durable, lightweight, easy to assemble and design differentiator.
Sprout Sprout, a company selling educational material to encourage children to eat vegetables, has won the third prize of 6,000 euros.
The two fourth prizes ($ 3,000 each) were awarded to Abarca, a company dedicated to the design and marketing of craft shoes, and Space Art Gallery and Cultural Leucade, SL, a gallery focused on artists Murcia and visually impaired people.
The runners (2,000 euros each) are for Youbuy3D, Ovnicam-Image Air, Culco Organic Clothes for Kids, Food Erratzu, SL, Crealoo, Speaking Nanny, Ecotip Happiness Gourmet Coffee & The Pan
Special mentions (no economic value) distinguish Caldos Mediterranean, SL, for the enterprising projection; Patico Art Space Bar, by promoting and respecting cultural heritage, and Your physiotherapist at home, enterprising young person.
About 60 projects have been submitted to the XXI edition of the contest.
The jury praised the level of development, difficulty of the project, site of implantation, innovative and creating jobs.
Councilman Employment, Trade and Business, José María Tortosa, highlighted the support that the City provides to entrepreneurs offering advice, training, a place to develop their project at the Center for Municipal Initiatives and Business Project competition, among other things.
