The Hall of Gastronomic Culture Department of Employment, Trade and Company, directed by José María Tortosa, has organized an exhibition on paper with cut ham.
Participants will see how to live a ham is cut properly, how to serve and then participate in a tasting.
The talk will be led by Alfonso Ortiz Robles master cutter, who will speak about the culture of ham, ham classes, how to choose a good piece facing the holidays and will offer a display of cut.
Attendance is free.
On Saturday, December 21 will be held at 11:30 pm in the Cultural Hall Gastronomic Raimundo Gonzalez Veronicas Square.
It is organized by the Association of Experts and Professionals Cutters Ham, the Hall of Gastronomic Culture and the Municipality of Murcia, in collaboration with The Well.
