The City Council is launching a series of workshops for young unemployed people aware of the possibilities offered by the European Union for training and working in another country and learn to use the necessary tools that will improve your job search.
It is an initiative of transnational mobility holding the Department of Sports, Youth and Tourism Employment, Trade and Business in order to promote youth access to employment and enhance their training.
The courses, which are free, employment resources and training that exist in Europe for young unemployed are displayed.
With these workshops shows how to search job boards, how to make a video curiculum in English, what social networks can be used for employment, and the possibilities for stays in European countries offering the city of Murcia, access to internships and employment in the European Commission and international organizations in Europe, and language training.
In countries of the European Union there are more than 2 million jobs and one-third of employers can not find people with the necessary skills.
Murcia City Council, through the Department of European Programs, in its 17th year promoting the mobility of young people promoting volunteer programs, internships abroad and training activities in Europe as youth exchanges and training courses in Europe.
All activities are free and a certificate of attendance is delivered.
There are 20 places per workshop must register to participate in the Youth Service of the City of Murcia.

-EURES.
(EURES network. Directorate General of Employment and Training. CARM).

This network is an easy way to find information on jobs and learning opportunities in Europe.

-Development of European CV (Europass).

European Mobility Initiatives Program (European Project for Youth council of Murcia).
They will present the different European mobility for training and professional practices of the European Union especially the Shares within the Erasmus +, Volunteering Service European program, necessary for the project search tools, how to present contacts entities host , meet deadlines for making applications, exchange experiences with European volunteers currently in the Youth Service and ex-volunteers and motivation Card processing requests.
Will be informed of the Grundtvig, Erasmus, and other European initiatives Odyssea mobility programs.
Employment and internship at the European Commission and international organizations.
Be informed about European aid for use in other countries (MOBIPRO, First EURES Job, etc..) On December 19 will be held in the Local Development Agency.
-Development of a video resume in English.

This workshop is conducted in collaboration with the Social Work CajaMediterráneo in Camon facilities.

-Social networking as a tool to engage and work.
Tools that help us to show a good image of the candidate for a job in social networks and the use of email and presume, Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook networks and employment directories for job search are displayed.

-Language Club.
Conversation groups in districts and neighborhoods of Murcia within the Club, Language Club SENIOR section aimed at young people aged 18 to 35 years.
Each group has a maximum of 15 participants.
Priority will be given to English, but are taken into account requests for other languages.
These talkgroups involved foreign residents in this town of English who are interested in learning Spanish.
They are conceived as groups exchange conversation in which people are talking about current issues in the chosen language thereby encouraging the oral practice.
To participate you must make prior registration and the start date will be set according to preferences of the group.
