Meet kitchens featuring Murcia restaurants run by people from different backgrounds is the aim of the culinary show 'Sabores de Murcia', to be held tomorrow, from 12.00, in University Square.
Four restaurants located in the town offer a free tasting of tapas to integrate the flavors made by people from other cultures, such as flavors of Murcia.
This project aims to promote participating restaurants, promote the channels of integration through gastronomy and encourage culinary tourism.
It's a chance to meet fine dining municipality, the result of cultural diversity, the very Bantamba (Kitchen Saharan Africa, particularly Senegalese) Rinconcito Ecuador (Ecuadorian and Colombian cuisine), Las Palmeras (Bolivian cuisine) restaurants and Los Arcos (Ecuadorian cuisine).
This project is the brainchild of Gabriel Ruiz Castillo, has been awarded by the Telefónica Foundation through the 'Think Big' initiative, which distinguishes the good ideas that improve the community and has the support of the Department of Sports, Youth and Tourism.
