The Ministry of Education, Universities and Employment, in collaboration with the Agriculture and Water, is conducting a number of training and promotion of quality products from the region, in which the students of the School of Hospitality learn how to prepare these products and disclose the best raw materials of regional cuisine.
Specifically, this week the IES La Flota, which cycles Family Hospitality and Tourism Training taught, hosted a technical seminar organized by Agriculture on sheepmeat and goat ended with a tasting of these products developed by students.
