The position of victims to terrorism, in a conference at the University of Murcia (13/12/2013)

The rector of the University of Murcia, José Antonio Cobacho, and the government delegate in the region, Joaquín Bascuñana, inaugurated on Monday, the 16th, the National Conference of Victimology: "The victims of terrorism in Spain and reflections of a possible End of Violence. "

A will attend the conference Deputy Minister of Culture and Citizen Coexistence of Colombia, María Inés Guzmán, who will talk about the peace negotiations between the government and the FARC.

The conference, to be held on Monday, from 10:00 am in the lounge of degrees of the Faculty of Law, includes presentations by Francisco Garcia Costa, professor of constitutional law at the University of Murcia, and Emilio José García Mercader, president of the Foundation of Victimology.

In addition, the phenomenon of terrorism from different dimensions are discussed, with clinical psychologist conferences Aliety Fernandez, journalist Juan Tomás José Fruits and mediator Palazón.

The program also includes a panel discussion with the participation of representatives of associations of victims of terrorism.
