The regional government has approved the management contract of service in youth school 'mulberry trees' in Murcia hamlet of El Palmar, where comprehensive care is provided to children under the Juvenile Courts have imposed legal measures placement in open, semi-open, closed, and therapeutic weekend stay in the center regime.

Youth served in the center are aged preferably between 16 and 21 years old.
The Ministry of Presidency, through the centers, has served until October to 985 young, of which 876 are boys and 109 girls, which have developed in the region of Murcia 1,634 measures imposed by the Juvenile Courts.
Of the 1,634 judicial, 1,309 are performed in an open environment and the remaining 325 in a closed environment.
Similarly, there have been 84 precautionary measures, mostly probation, coexistence in educational group and semi-open, closed and therapeutic placement.
